Join us for our Sexual Assault Prevention Seminar for females only and learn some important, dynamic strategies and tactics for staying SAFE!
In this seminar, you will learn that self defense begins with not thinking of yourself as a victim. You have to appear strong, alert, confident and healthy. This is the first line of defense against a violent or sexual assault. HOWEVER, if the unthinkable does happen, recent events have PROVEN that fighting back WORKS! Our expert instructors will teach women the self-confidence and self defense skills required to AVOID being a victim and how to FIGHT BACK!

The program incorporates training methods to build women's fighting spirit and to train them how to respond both mentally and physically in a time of need, eliminating the danger of "freezing" or "shutting down" in confrontations. You will receive hands on training and learn to defend yourself from an extremely vulnerable place, the ground.

Each seminar is unique and a great training experience for all women 16 years old and older. Age 13-15 year old girls are welcome to attend with mother or guardian. Please register NOW and tell your friends, family and co-workers to register too. Space is limited so don't wait!

This is a really cool and professional place to train. You get physically fit quickly. Pete the Head Instructor takes it seriously that he's training you for real life situations in self defense and demands excellence. There are not short cuts here and he will let you know it. His instructors are equally insistent upon professional and detailed training and obviously he has taught them well. I have been training here for a year and a half in private training, fight class and regular classes and I am motivated to Excell as far as I can because of the quality of the instructors and their teaching methods. If you come in with a mindset of being the best you can be, then you will really enjoy it and learn something. It is very military and law enforcement friendly and reminds me of training in the US Marines--that's how good it is. Try it.

Been coming since beginning of Jan 2017. Great workout. Great training.  Like how instructors throw you right into fire. It's called real life everyone.  No previous experience necessary. Signed up for 18 month membership and definitely sticking with. 

Just recently changed from 4 to 5 stars because as you improve and move up in level, class sizes shrink dramatically. Facility size not an issue at that point.

What a great place to train.  All the instructors are really good and very helpful.  I have developed a lot of skills over the year that I hope I never have to use.  Also, I have made a lot of new friends.  Krav Maga is challenging, but I feel stronger after every class. Thanks for giving me my confidence back!
